Plastic Face Shields for Businesses: Protect Your Employees
Face shields help prevent splashes and aid in social distancing among employees. We offer two styles of straps: elastic or adjustable plastic. These shields can be shipped throughout the United States to any organization that needs PPE.
The minimum order quantity is 25 shields. To reduce your freight costs, we will ship the shields unassembled with the components packed in a carton. Please see pricing and ordering information below. Current prices and lead times are reflected and may be changed at any time due to availability and material costs.
We ship within 3-5 business days via FedEx. Local organizations have the option to pick up their orders. Shipping and tax charges are calculated at checkout. For bulk orders (15 or more cartons) and shipping outside of the United States, please contact us.
Ordering Information – Face Shield with Adjustable Plastic Strap
The face shields consist of the plastic shield, head strap, foam padding and one clip for the head strap. The shield and strap are made of PETG plastic. Both the shield and strap are adjustable. We ship in quantities of 25 and 100.
Instruction sheets on how to assemble the shields are included in the carton.

Ordering Information – Face Shield with Elastic Strap
Cooper Enterprises’ face shields with elastic strap include the PETG shield, attached one-size-fits-all elastic strap, and 1 inch thick foam for padding. The foam should be placed in line with the strap.

Q: How can I order the face shields?
A: You can order via our online store. Click here. For orders outside of the United States or for more than 15 cartons of shields, please contact us. The minimum order quantity is one carton of 25 shields. We sell cartons of 25 and 100.
Q: How are the shields shipped?
A: The shields are shipped unassembled in cartons and delivered via FedEx. The current lead time is about 2 business days. They are shipped unassembled to lower your shipping costs. For bulk orders (over 15 cartons), we may ship LTL and will coordinate shipping with you. Each carton comes with instructions on how to easily assemble the shields with the adjustable strap. Local companies have the option to pick up their orders.
Q: Are the face shields FDA approved?
A: Our shields are currently not FDA approved. They are, however, authorized under the FDA’s EUA released April 13, 2020.
Q: What is the shield made out of?
A: The shield is made of PETG plastic.
Q: Are they anti-fog?
A: The face shield with the plastic strap is adjustable, so you can set the shield at the desired distance from your face. This may help avoid fog.
Q: Can you adjust the head strap?
A: Yes, the plastic head strap can be adjusted to the desired size. The elastic head strap is one size fits all.
Q: Can they be cleaned/disinfected?
A: The plastic strap (without the foam) and shield can be cleaned and disinfected. Here are some tips:
- Clean with a warm, gentle soap (like dishwashing soap) and rinse with clean water.
- Microfiber cloths are the best to use on the PETG (as well as acrylic and polycarbonate). Using paper towels and common window cleaning solutions can scratch the plastic.
- Use hydrogen peroxide 3%-5% for Acrylic, Polycarbonate & PETG.
- Use Isopropyl alcohol 70% for Polycarbonate & PETG.
- Do not wipe the plastic aggressively or use too much pressure.
- Avoid ammonia-based cleaner.
Q: Will the shields stop the spread of the coronavirus?
A: The purpose of the shields is to help protect against splashes. We cannot guarantee that they will stop the spread of the coronavirus or other illness.
