Efficient and high-capacity routers

Cooper Enterprises operates nine CNC machines with two-, four- and six-head router configurations. They can machine up to 20-foot panels. These routers enable us to be more productive than companies with typical one-head routers. Many of our routers have dual tables, which allow the machines to run continuously and run multiple parts on tight tolerances. 

Our efficient machines are designed to handle high-volume orders, and the cost savings from running multiple parts at a time is passed on to you, allowing you to be more competitive in your markets.

We can also do nest routing for optimal material usage.

Professional miter-folding

Miter-folding fabrication eliminates post laminating, provides a clean look and reduces the cost of production. Miter-folding is popular in the store fixture and P.O.P. industries because it provides clean edging on displays and fixtures. Cooper Enterprises miter-folds the following materials:
