We do not accept returns for custom orders and for orders placed on our Allmoxy storefront (cooperenterprises.allmoxy.com).

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return products within 14 days of receiving the product. An order can be cancelled within the same day of ordering and prior to shipment by contacting us at [email protected] or by calling (419) 347-5232. Please note that we do not have warranties for the products we sell on our online store.
If you received your order with damages
Quality is very important to us, and our products undergo a quality check before they are sent to you. Sometimes damages will happen in transit. If your products are damaged, we will gladly issue a refund or replace your order if you notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
If your order was damaged, please email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the order and include the following information:
- Pictures of the package as received
- Pictures of the damaged product
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Whether you would like the products replaced or refunded
A representative will contact you to resolve the issue. If the damaged products need to be sent back to us, we will provide a shipping label.
