CNC Machining
CNC machining is our specialty. We have nine CNC machines with two-, four- and six-head router configurations that can machine up to 20-foot panels. Many companies only have a one-head router option, so we can be extremely productive with dual tables that run continuously. Our routing machines easily handle high-volume orders, so you get cost savings from running multiple parts at one time.
We have the ability to cut sizes up to 5’ x 12’ with book heights up to 5”.
Our newest CNC router has dual seven-foot and 10-foot tables with four independent routing heads with a C-axis and 12-position tool changers.
Nest Routing
We also offer nest routing for optimal material usage. Our Vantech Nesting Router can auto-feed up to 5’ x 12’ material, nest route the parts and push them onto a conveyor without operator intervention.
Straight-Line and Contour Edgebanding
We have two straight-line edge banders with auto-return systems. Our contour edge bander can apply edge banding to contour shapes and trim the edging flush in one operation. We can handle up to three-millimeter-thick PVC, HPL and veneer edging to match the surface of the panels. T-molding is another option we offer for an edge treatment.
Laminating Services
Our laminating services include both cold-press and hot-melt systems. These options allow lamination of both wood-based panels and non-porous materials.
Our cold-press lamination system can laminate up to 5’ x 12’ wood-based panels to create high-pressure laminates and wood veneer.
Our hot-melt lamination system allows us to laminate non-porous and non-traditional materials, including vinyl, aluminum, plastics, acrylics and steel. There are many advantages to hot melt lamination over traditional spray lamination. The hot melt system provides higher volume of panels in a shorter period of time.

Miter-Folding
Another benefit Cooper Enterprises offers is miter-folding fabrication. Miter-folding is popular in store fixtures and P.O.P. It provides clean edging and eliminates post laminating. It also reduces the cost of production.
