We may collect personal information when a customer creates an account on our online store(s) and/or places an order. This information collected is necessary for the purpose of doing business and is used to process the transaction. The online storefront we use is Allmoxy (cooperenterprises.allmoxy.com).
Cooper Enterprises may accept credit card payment in certain circumstances. We collect personal data during the online bill payment process. This information is necessary to process your payment submission. When you initiate an online payment through our online payment processor(s), your consent for collection and processing of this information for the purpose of collecting payment is implied. No personal credit card data is collected or stored by Cooper Enterprises.
Credit card processing is done through one of two payment processing providers: Elavon, and Stripe. When using Elavon, we provide a link to Elavon’s secured online payment form where all needed payment and customer information is gathered. All privacy and security related concerns with regard to Elavon’s online payment processing are Elavon’s responsibility and therefore Cooper Enterprises shall not be held liable for concerns arising from use of their system.
Stripe processes payments in our Allmoxy store (cooperenterprises.allmoxy.com). All privacy and security related concerns with regard to Stripe’s online payment processing are Stripe’s responsibility and therefore Cooper Enterprises shall not be held liable for concerns arising from use of their system.

Cooper Enterprises uses Zoho for our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Contact information you have provided to us would be stored on Zoho. Who we share your data with
Information, as described above, is collected for Cooper Enterprises’ business needs. We do not share or sell your contact information with any third parties. If you initiate contact with us through our any of our contact forms (Contact Form, Email Newsletter Sign Up, Request a Casework Catalog, Request a Quote, and Employment Contact Form) or online store (Allmoxy), we may contact you via email or phone in the future for our own marketing related and/or transactional purposes. We partner with Insight Marketing Design to host and maintain our website, and as such, they have full access to information collected and stored through our website. This partnership is necessary to maintain and improve our website services. Website administrators also have full access to data collected and stored by Cooper Enterprises’ website.
How long we retain your data
Data collected, as described above, is retained indefinitely for customer service purposes and as storage space allows.
What rights you have over your data
If you have submitted any forms on this website, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obligated to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
